A strategic plan is a program incorporating a strategy for accomplishing the goals and objectives of the ministry organization within a specific time frame with an action plan based on methods, priorities and resources. Leadership and board coaching involve the continuous transfer of best practices and customized skills essential to each ministry leadership team. Great leadership never stops learning.
Strategic Plan
"In order to spur a nonprofit to success and growth in its ministry, leaders must step up and take a long-term perspective on the organization. Why does it exist? Whom does it serve? What could you accomplish if you had ample resources? With these strategic questions in mind, leadership can build a plan, monitor its progress against benchmarks and celebrate successes. Leaders lead through thinking about their organization and planning for its future."
